MyKelsey Online

MyKelseyOnline is helping patients get a handle on health care. It’s fast, secure, and easy to use.  Using a secure Internet portal, MyKelseyOnline provides members with a convenient tool for scheduling appointments online with a Kelsey-Seybold physician, sending secure messages to their doctor’s office, and more.   Members may visit http//:www.MyKelseyOnline.com to sign up for the portal.  Once they create a unique ID and password, they can log in to:

  • Send secure electronic messages to their physician's office staff
  • Directly schedule appointments with primary care physicians
  • Request appointments with Kelsey-Seybold physicians
  • View past and upcoming appointments
  • Cancel appointments
  • Update personal, demographic and insurance information

The secure portal also includes a link to refill prescriptions at your Kelsey Pharmacy.

While MyKelseyOnline facilitates convenient communication between patients and physicians, it should not be used for urgent health care issues. In such cases, a patient should call his or her physician's office or 9-1-1 instead of sending secure messages through MyKelseyOnline.

Pharmacy Services Concierge

We all remember what it is like to receive old-fashioned, personal service.  Your KelseyCare Advantage Pharmacy Concierge provides that service with one point of contact to assist you with your prescription drug coverage.  Managing multiple medications—not to mention managing the cost—can get complicated, so our Pharmacy Services Concierge service provides the help you need. Members may speak with a clinical pharmacist to review all their current prescriptions and other medications.  We can do a cost saving analysis and recommend less expensive alternatives.  Additionally, the pharmacist does all of the “back end” work for the member, such as working with the doctor to get prescriptions switched and calling in new prescriptions to the pharmacy.   For more information, please call the KelseyCare Advantage Concierge at (713) 442-2ERS (2377) or toll-free at 853-9075, option 2.

Health Information Centers & Group Classes

KelseyCare Advantage members can access three Health Information Centers to provide free, up-to-date information on the prevention, early detection, and treatment of illness. These centers are located at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic Main Campus, West Clinic and Ft. Bend Medical and Diagnostic Center.   Comprehensive resources include printed educational materials and health videos on a variety of health topics, reference books and health-related websites. 

Our health and wellness classes focus on cancer prevention and screening, cholesterol and diabetes management, hypertension, medication adherence, osteoporosis, and weight management.  After attending these lectures, patients leave empowered with the knowledge to take a more active role in their health. The Health Information Centers also provide patient support services such as the Breast Cancer Support Group, Diabetes Support Group, and Pulmonary Fibrosis Support Group.
