Clinic Pharmacy Mail Order Service is a KelseyCare Advantage Rx and Rx+Choice preferred pharmacy that has lower copays for drugs that the copays charged by the KelseyCare Advantage network and non-preferred network pharmacies. The coinsurance charged for some drugs is the same coinsurance charged at both preferred and non-preferred pharmacies.
How do I use the Clinic Pharmacy Mail Order Service?
Complete the Clinic Pharmacy Mail Order Form; attach the original prescription, along with your copayment. Drugs will be delivered postage paid to your home or to the address indicated on the form.
How long does it take to receive drugs from the Clinic Pharmacy Mail Order Service?
Allow two weeks from the date you mail your order form, for the order to be processed and delivered postage paid to your home.

When you need to start taking the drug right away, ask your doctor for two prescriptions: one for a temporary supply to be filled at a local retail pharmacy and one to send with a completed Clinic Pharmacy Mail Order form.

There are three ways to request a Mail Order Prescription refill.

Saturday - Online - Clinic Pharmacy Mail Order Service offers online ordering for refills only. To access this service go to www.kelseycareadvantage.com. Select Find a Pharmacy and click on Mail Order Online Rx Refills. You can order prescription drugs covered by KelseyCare Advantage, and non covered over-the counter products, including special medical items. The prescriptions and other items you order are delivered free of charge.
- Mail - you can complete the Mail Order Form you received with the prescription drugs sent to your home. Mail the completed form with your copayment to Clinic Pharmacy Mail Order at the address listed below.

Note: If there are no refills remaining on your mail order prescription, the pharmacist will call your physician for an authorization to refill the medication. If your physician denies the pharmacists’ refill request, the pharmacist will contact you by phone.
