How To Choose the Right Plan for You

When you enroll in KelseyCare Advantage, you can choose from plans available in your area, each with benefits tailored to your specific needs. All plans provide Original (also called Traditional) Medicare Parts A and B coverage and other benefits, such as prescription drug coverage, dental, and vision. All plans give you access to Kelsey-Seybold Clinic and 7,200 providers in the region.

New 2024 KelseyCare Advantage Plans 

For those living in the following counties: Brazoria, Fort Bend, Galveston, Harris, and Montgomery.

New 2024 Plan Benefits for Outlying Areas

The service area for KelseyCare Advantage Freedom and Honor plans includes the following counties: Austin, Chambers, Grimes, Liberty, San Jacinto, Walker, Waller, and Wharton.

• Freedom Plan includes drug coverage.
• Honor Plan does not include drug coverage.
