Vision Coverage

KelseyCare Advantage plans include vision benefits and coverage for routine eye exams and diagnosis and treatment of eye diseases and injuries, as well as some allowances for glasses and contacts.

Expanded Vision Network

Our 2024 plans offer an expanded vision network to provide members with increased access to all the nation’s top retailers including full frame allowances.

Members will have more control of their experience through a greater selection of single vision glasses and frames and access to additional discounts on screen protection and light filters.

In-Network Vision Coverage

KelseyCare Advantage plans cover one routine, in-network eye exam per year at no cost. Routine vision services can be provided by either a Kelsey-Seybold Clinic optometrist or a provider in our expanded vision network.

Out-of-Network Vision Coverage

If you receive vision services or purchase eyewear from an out-of-network provider, you will have to pay out-of-pocket, but you may qualify to be reimbursed for some of the cost
