CVS Caremark Online Member Portal

KelseyCare Advantage in partnership with our pharmacy benefit manager, CVS Caremark, provides useful services and online tools that will help you make the most of your Part D coverage.

Whether you need to find a pharmacy, check the KelseyCare Advantage drug list (formulary), review the status of your prescription mail order, or check your current or previous Explanation of Benefits (EOB), your member portal has your plan information all stored in one place for your convenience.

The member portal makes it easy to get organized with online EOBs from KelseyCare Advantage. Simply log in to your account to view up to 36 months of your EOBs (as of January 2021) organized by date and stored in one location. Opt in to go paperless, and you will receive an email when your new statement is ready to view instead of receiving a paper copy in the mail. Going paperless cuts down on clutter and helps you keep your prescription information secure.

To get started, visit and choose to register for a new account. You will be required to enter your Member ID, which you can find on your Member ID card. Your ID will start with KCA followed by an 8-digit number. You can also contact the CVS Caremark Customer Care line at 1-888-970-0914 (TTY: 711) for assistance in registering for an account.
