As a KelseyCare Advantage member, you have access to a network of affiliated hospitals throughout the Greater Houston area. With convenient locations across the region, you can feel confident knowing quality hospital care is available close to home.

The hospitals listed below are contracted with KelseyCare Advantage to provide covered services to plan members. While emergency care does not require a referral or prior authorization, certain hospital services may require prior authorization or other plan approvals before care is received.
