If you’re thinking about switching from Original (also called Traditional) Medicare or from another Medicare Advantage plan, we can help! Contact us today for personalized help selecting and enrolling in any KelseyCare Advantage plan.

Although you can only switch plans during an open enrollment period, we’re here to answer your questions at any time to help you decide what plan is best for you. When you contact us, one of our health plan specialists will guide you through:

  • Open enrollment periods (October 15 - December 7)
  • Plan cost estimates, including Part D
  • The enrollment process

When Can I Enroll?

If you’re new to Original Medicare, you can enroll in KelseyCare Advantage during your initial enrollment period (seven-month period). If you’re already on Medicare, you must enroll during an approved Medicare election period like the Annual Enrollment Period (October 15 to December 7) or when you retire and lose employer coverage.

As a five-out-of-five-star rated by Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Medicare Advantage plan, you are able to enroll in KelseyCare Advantage all-year long!

How to Switch

Enrollment into KelseyCare Advantage is easy! When you are ready to enroll you can request an application to be mailed to you, enroll online or by phone by calling KelseyCare Advantage at 713-442-JOIN (5646).
