If you want to talk with a Member Service representative, call us at 713-442-CARE (2273), select option 2, or Toll-Free at 1-866-535-8343. From October 1 through March 31, our hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., seven days a week. From April 1 through September 30th, we’re available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. During after hours, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, calls are handled by our voicemail system. (TTY 1-866-302-9336; available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.).
