Your mental health is just as important to us as your physical health, and sometimes they go hand in hand. For this reason, we make it easy for KelseyCare Advantage members to access confidential behavioral health and substance abuse treatment through United Behavioral Health.

Using the access code Kelsey, use the search tool on the Optum Behavioral Health website to find a KelseyCare Advantage contracted provider, or call 1-800-817-4808 for help finding a behavioral health provider in your area.

Please note that all behavioral health or chemical dependency treatment must be authorized by Optum Behavioral Health before receiving services.
