KelseyCare Advantage members have open access to Kelsey-Seybold Clinic’s premier multi-specialty physician group.  With the convenience of Kelsey-Seybold Clinic locations across Greater Houston, members can see any Kelsey-Seybold physician at any location, without a referral.

We understand that sometimes new members already have an established relationship with a provider not in our network, or established members want to see an out-of-network physician. KelseyCare Advantage gives members the freedom to see any doctor, even out of network, without a referral with our Thrive and Freedom plans.

All members also have access to KelseyCare Advantage Affiliate Provider Network.

With KelseyCare Advantage, you have the freedom to choose your provider.
