Greater Houston Plan (Shell)

Thank you for being a member of KelseyCare Advantage Greater Houston plan! This is where you can find forms and documents that are specific to your plan.

This plan was designed specifically for Shell retirees and their dependents, it provides coverage for all Medicare-covered Part A and Part B services received from network providers, as well as coverage for your Medicare-eligible dependents. As a member of this plan, you will receive your medical care from the Kelsey-Seybold Clinic network of physicians and your Part D prescription coverage from SilverScripts®


Your prescription drugs are covered by Shell through SilverScripts. For more information about your prescription drug coverage, please call 1-855-702-1189 (TTY 711).


During the Shell open enrollment period, you will be given the option of joining the KelseyCare Advantage Greater Houston plan. Simply call the Shell Benefits department at 1-800-30-SHELL and select the KelseyCare Advantage Greater Houston plan.

With the Shell Greater Houston Plan members have access to SilverSneakers®! Enrollment is automatic once your KelseyCare Advantage membership becomes effective. You’ll have FREE access to fitness centers all over Houston who participate in SilverSneakers®. You can also use their virtual options by going to and participating in live on-line classes throughout the day via Zoom or selecting one of their 200+ on demand workouts. You can also download their SilverSneakers GO™ mobile app and workout wherever you might be.
